Our History
The Casanis Group has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in Marbella. Since its beginnings with Casanis Bistrot, which opened its doors in 2003, the group has proved highly popular with local and international customers on the Costa del Sol.

Behind every dish is Fabián Cangas, the group’s Executive Chef. With over twenty years on the Costa del Sol, trained in both Argentina and Spain, he has a clear philosophy: let the ingredients speak for themselves and always let flavour take centre stage.
