Nota Blu was born in Marbella with the aim of creating a place where gastronomy, music and design would come together naturally. We opened our doors in 2022 in La Meridiana, introducing a new way of interpreting the French brasserie on the Costa del Sol.

Today, we are a French brasserie with a Mediterranean spirit and a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. We want every visit to be an opportunity to unwind, share moments around the table and let the evening unfold at its own pace.

More than a restaurant, we have created a destination where cuisine, architecture, cocktails and atmosphere are all part of the same experience. A place designed for an intimate dinner, a celebration with friends or a long, leisurely evening around the table.

French tradition with a Mediterranean soul

The menu at Nota Blu Marbella draws on French tradition to explore contemporary combinations. We respect classic techniques while incorporating ingredients, flavours and influences connected to the Mediterranean and Marbella’s cosmopolitan character.

Our culinary offering is led by Fabián Cangas, executive chef of Casanis Group. His approach to cooking is based on respect for the ingredients, simplicity and flavour. Each dish seeks a balance between the familiar and the unexpected while always maintaining a clear identity.

Our menu includes starters to share, fish, meat, pasta and desserts prepared with meticulous attention to detail. Seasonal produce also plays an important role, allowing us to introduce new creations and adapt certain dishes to each time of year.

Our open kitchen is part of the experience. From the dining room, you can watch the team at work, see the chefs in motion and observe the dishes being prepared. In this way, gastronomy no longer happens behind the scenes but becomes part of the restaurant’s atmosphere.
